Daily Quarantine Checklist

It is a holistic list of 10 things to keep you on top of your game during this challenging time. My suggestion is to print it off and go through it each day.

You probably won't be able to get all of them completed every day, but shoot to get them all in each week. And you don't have to spend hours on each of them. Even a few minutes can make a big difference.
