Who needs another home workout to get ready for boot camp? Well I have one? If you don't want a home workout, who wants a bad joke? I have something for you too.

A blonde is terribly overweight, so her doctor puts her on a diet. "I want you to eat regularly for two days, then skip a day, and repeat this procedure for two weeks. The next time I see you, you'll have lost at least five pounds."
When the blonde returns, she's lost nearly 20 pounds. "Why, that's amazing!" the doctor says. "Did you follow my instructions?"
The blonde nods. "I'll tell you, though, I thought I was going to drop dead that third day."
"From hunger, you mean?" asked the doctor.
    "No, from skipping."

Terrible, but I know you all enjoy skipping related humor. On to the workout! It involves everybody's favorite exercise protocol, Tabatas. In case you are a little foggy on what those are I will break it down. You do 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, and you do that for 4 minutes total. You have to go as hard as you can to make these work properly. The good news is, you only have 3 exercises, the bad news is you will learn why these are the longest 20 seconds and shortest 10 second periods of your life. You will do Tabatas with:

Pushups

Squats

Mountain climbers

Do the pushup Tabata style, rest 3 minutes, squats, rest 3 minutes, and then finish with the mountain climbers. Tough stuff, but you can do it!
