Exercise is one of the best ways to boost your immunity and we all need that right now.

Here are a few other ways to boost your immunity:
-Get plenty of sleep
-Avoid processed foods
-Limit sugar
-Eat your vegetables

Now more than ever is the time to focus on your self-care. In stressful times like these, it can be easy to focus on all the craziness and forget to take care of yourself.
