I can't speak for anyone else, but that was a fast 9 months this year! Can you believe it went so fast? Go back to late December of last year and early January this year. What were your resolutions? How are you doing on them? If you're like me, you didn't complete all of them. Another year, still no pony. Another year, still no Hammer pants. But you know what? This year ain't over yet baby! We have 3 months, 91 days, 13 weeks, however you want to look at it. So I want to ask you something. Are you ready to commit? Are you ready to buckle down, get serious, and absolutely dominate the final 13 weeks? How are we going to do that? I'm asking you to commit to the Joe Martin 13 Week Challenge (From here forward to be referred to as the JM13WC). Thought of the name and abbreviation myself. Here is how it will work. For the next 13 weeks you will get a homework assignment. Just one thing to work on for the week, but it is going to be tough stuff. Tough, but doable. You can do the challenge whether you are in boot camp or not. I am going to keep you accountable, I am going to support you, I am going to be with you every step of the way. You can literally be a different person in 13 weeks. If you stay focused, committed, and absolutely driven to succeed there is no way you won't see huge results. So I want you to do 3 things if you are interested.

1. E-mail me at info@HuntsvilleBootCamp.com . Why? Because I said so, don't question me again. Wait, you aren't my 4 year old. Because I honestly care about whether or not you succeed and reach your goals. I want to hear your success stories, your struggles, everything. Whether you believe me or not I have walked in a lot of your shoes. I have the restraining orders to prove it. Whoops, scratch that. I struggle every day and I have learned how to overcome it. I want to help you do the same.
2. Take a picture of yourself. TODAY! Don't take a picture wearing an astronaut suit. Choose something you might wear to boot camp. Shorts and a t-shirt works. Or if you want to rock the bathing suit, do your thing. These pictures are not for me, they are for you to notice all the changes you miss because you look at yourself every day.
3. Spread the word. I have really high hopes for this program. Doesn't cost a thing, works for women or men, young and old. I heard a local radio station describe their radio show as "For people 8-80. Blind, crippled, and crazy." I like that. Doesn't matter here either. Come one come all.

We have some tough times coming up. Did you know the average American gains 10 POUNDS during the holidays? No more. Let this be the year you go the other way. Be the person at the Christmas party that other people accuse of having "work done". How awesome would it be to start the New Year and not have to make a bunch of promises to yourself that you won't keep? Take action today!
