Since it is summer time and a lot of people are going on vacations, I got the opportunity to go on WAFF 48 and share a quick, travel circuit. All you need is one kettlebell (or one dumbbell) and a timer. I suggest downloading the free GymBoss app.

Confession- I was pretty much out of breath and could hardly talk during both segments. I suggest not holding your breath while doing these.
Here are the exercises:
Bent over row right
Bent over row left
Shoulder press right
Shoulder press left
Goblet squat
Bootstrapper
Tap and jump
Each exercise is 30 seconds, repeat 2-3 times. The whole workout will take you less than 15 minutes and you can do it on the beach, the gym, your hotel room, or just about anywhere.
