Now what we will be doing
We are having a Back To School Free Boot Camp this coming Saturday, August 13 at 8:30 AM. We will meet at Weatherly Elementary School and all you need to bring is a yoga mat (the thicker the better), some water, and a towel. This doesn't cost you a thing, you can invite whoever you want to, and the main goal here is to have fun!
Don't get me wrong, we are going to work hard, and torch some fat but this will be a low pressure and fun loving atmosphere. Doesn't matter what shape you're in. Doesn't matter what workout experience you have. We are going to join together and have fun.
Just a few rules:
-Females only
-Kids 12 and up are welcome
-Get there on time so you participate in the warm-up and avoid injury
-Send me an e-mail at info@HuntsvilleBootCamp.com to let me know you are coming in case there is inclement weather, so I can tell you where we will be.
Gather up your friends and spread the word. Hope you can make it!
