That's me my senior year in high school. Hovering around 250 pounds was awesome for knocking people over on a football field, but not so good in every day life.
I did not feel good about myself and I was not happy with the way that I looked. When I looked in the mirror I saw myself as a failure, even though most things in my life were pretty good at that point.
Lots of friends, loving family, bright future, good reputation. I had all of those things but my self esteem was still terrible. It led to poor decisions and depression because that is what I focused on.
I see something similar with a lot of women too. They are a fantastic mom, great spouse, successful career, fulfilling spiritual life, and on and on and on. So many good things in their life, but they still feel like a failure.
Maybe they have an extra 20 or 30 pounds of weight on them. Or they don't like how their arms, legs, or stomachs look.
You have that constant reminder that you are not good enough. If you have never felt this way, it probably seems so silly. But if this hits home, you know exactly the feeling I'm talking about.
It doesn't have to be like that!
Take control today! Start doing something every day, no matter how little, that gets you closer to your goal. Think about specific action steps you can take.
If you are confused, don't know where to go and what to do. Let me help you. I have made it my life's goal to help people get out of the situation I found myself in.
You deserve better and I would love to help you get to where you want to be. We can start that two ways:
1. Join our next boot camp
It starts the day after Memorial Day on May 29th. We have 5:30am, 9:00am and 5:30pm times. You can sign up below:
2. Start a conversation
Send an e-mail to HuntsvilleBootCamp@gmail.com and if nothing else I can be someone that will listen. Talking it out can go a long way.

You are awesome, you're not a failure, and your best days are ahead of you. Let's go.
