We've all been there before. Your schedule is crazy, no time to cook, rushing between one event to the next, and you have no choice. You don't want to, but you have to do it.
You have to get fast food.
Surveys have found that 37% of adults admit they ate fast food in the past 24 hours. That's even more than I thought it would be and I figured it would be a lot.
So you might as well just throw away all hopes of reaching your goals if you have to eat fast food right? It's not ideal, but your life does not have to be over.
I believe in making better, bad choices. So you are eating fast food, not great but there are still ways to make a smarter choice.

Many of them are pretty high in sodium, but not too bad on the other categories. I've had the Taco Bell Power Menu Bowl and it is actually pretty good. By Taco Bell standards anyway...
So any time you are in a pinch, keep these options in mind and you will be much better off in the long run.
