Advice from Bruce Lee on fitness and nutrition programs
Mar 4, 2016

We are coming to the end of our 28 Day Transformation Challenge with our boot camps. I'm really excited to see how well people have done, what I've seen so far is really awesome.
But now we come to the ever important question. What now?
I will turn it over to life advice expert Bruce Lee in the picture above for a second on this one:
THAT is how you make a lifestyle change. Any exercise program or nutrition plan you do will have things that work for you and those that don't.
Can you see yourself doing this plan long term? If yes, then you are good to go!
If the answer is no, you have some work to do. If you signed up for a 530am class and you never came because you just can't get out of bed that early, find a class time that suits your schedule better. Eliminate as many barriers to exercise as possible.
Do you hate eating a certain food? Don't eat it! There are infinite food combinations out there, you don't have to be miserable to get results. I guarantee there are healthy foods/recipes that you like out there, but it is your job to find them.
Does your plan have you eating 6 meals a day, but you only have time to make 3? Time is a huge factor in most people's lives.
Are you getting results with your plan, but you hate it? Then it is not the plan for you! You will not stick with something you hate for very long.
As you go through a workout plan or nutrition program remember to make a note of the things that work for you, change the things that you know don't work, and modify things to fit your lifestyle and personality type.
This does not mean you get to skip every hard exercise (it's ok burpees you are safe here) or replace salad with donuts. It just means keep an open mind and be in tune with what you are doing.
PS- for those of you keeping up with my son's contact saga from my last blog, he was successful yesterday. Made me very proud, I'm really excited for him.
