2011 was the year Adventure Boot Camp took over our fine city.
People keep asking when I am going to open up a boot camp in Madison. Now I have an answer! The first camp will be September 12 at Bob Jones High School. I feel blessed to be able to hire the greatest boot camp coach in Madison.
Her name is Keisha Nelson and many of you met her at the tornado relief boot camp. The camp in Madison will be a little different in that it is only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. That's to give you an extra rest day in between Keisha's workouts!
