In a crazy turn of events, I've recently started acting. I got the role as an FBI agent on a TV show that should be out this summer.

Leading up to filming my first episode I was a nervous wreck! I've never acted in my life and I have a TON of lines. This has given me a whole new respect for actors by the way.

So it's the day of my first time about to be on camera and I have no idea what to expect. The other actors, the director, cameramen, lighting/sound guy, etc. everyone has done this before and they are pros.

What happens when I mess up? Will there be eye-rolling? Is it going to make the other actors mad when I keep flubbing my lines? Will the director get fed up and fire me on the spot?

I don't know what is about to happen! But it turned out they gave me one of the nicest gifts you can give someone.

They gave me a safe place to fail.

That is so important! Because fear of failure is what stops so many people from even attempting things in life.

Fear paralyzes you.
Fear makes you feel stuck.
Fear shows up as procrastination and self-sabotage.
Fear makes it nearly impossible to move forward.

But what if it was ok to fail? What if you could just do your best, make mistakes, get better as you go, and be completely supported on your individual journey?

That is what I do at Huntsville Adventure Boot Camp. It's what I do in my accountability and nutrition coaching. It's what I do for our online class. It's what I do in life!

Because I know how important it is to have that unwavering support and to not be judged when you're not perfect.
